Terms of Service

1. The service and your agreement

SHYWAI provides developer practice scenarios, AI conversations, private feedback reports and optional public evidence pages. It is operated by Sergey Pinigin, sole proprietor, Varna, Bulgaria. These Terms govern your use of the service and purchases from us.

By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data; our Refund Policy explains refunds and withdrawal rights.

2. Your account

Provide an email address you control, keep your password private and use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. Contact support@shywai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to obtain repeated introductory credits.

3. Your content and public sharing

You retain your rights to the content you submit. You give us permission to store and process it, including through AI providers, as needed to run the service, produce your report and provide the features you request.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not upload confidential employer or client information, credentials, unlawful material or personal data you are not authorised to share.

Publishing is optional. When you publish selected evidence, you authorise us to display it publicly at its link. You can revoke the page at any time. Copies made by others may remain. Do not present selected evidence or an AI report as an independent certification.

4. AI feedback has limits

AI replies, interpretations and scores can be inaccurate, inconsistent or incomplete. Check the output and use your own judgement. A report describes a practice run; it does not guarantee competence, employment, interview success or a particular outcome.

SHYWAI is a practice and self-assessment service. Its private scores are not a candidate ranking system, professional qualification or recommendation to an employer.

5. Credits, prices and payments

Credits are units of service use within SHYWAI. A scenario's required credits are shown before you start. Introductory or promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.

When you buy credits, the purchase summary states the quantity, total price, currency, applicable taxes and any expiry or other restrictions before you pay. Stripe processes your payment. The seller is Sergey Pinigin; Stripe provides payment processing.

A credit purchase is a one-time purchase unless you separately and explicitly choose a recurring plan whose billing terms are shown before purchase. We do not create a subscription merely because you open an account.

We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not alter the agreed price of an existing purchase or remove your statutory rights. Purchase problems, refunds and credit reversals are covered by the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attack the service, bypass access controls or limits, use someone else's account without permission, manipulate credits or payment records, extract private reports, or interfere with other users. Do not use the platform for unlawful activity.

We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with law. Where appropriate, we explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Suspension does not remove any refund or consumer rights you have by law.

7. Availability and ending your use

The service may change and may be interrupted by maintenance or technical failures. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular assessment result. We remain responsible for obligations and remedies that cannot be excluded by law.

You can stop using the service and delete your account. Deletion wipes run and report text as described in the Privacy Policy. If you have an unresolved paid purchase or refund request, contact support before deleting the account so we can identify it.

8. Responsibility and applicable law

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for a service that is not supplied as agreed.

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, subject to mandatory protections of your country of residence. This does not deprive consumers of the courts or other protections available to them under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We publish the effective date of each revision. Where a material change affects an existing agreement, we will give notice and seek acceptance where required. Changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights for an earlier purchase.
